Our MOQ for air conditioners is 50 units per model, and for humidifiers is 100 units per model. For customized products, the MOQ will be adjusted to 100 units (air conditioners) and 200 units (humidifiers) to cover the mold cost. We offer flexible MOQ for long-term cooperation partners.

For standard models, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after receiving the deposit. For customized models, it takes 25-30 working days (including sample confirmation time). We will provide a detailed production schedule and update you on the progress regularly.

Yes, we fully support OEM/ODM services. We can customize the product appearance, logo, packaging, and even adjust product functions according to your market needs. Our R&D team will provide technical support and sample confirmation within 3-5 working days after receiving your customization requirements.

We accept T/T (30% deposit in advance, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and Western Union for small orders. For long-term customers, we can negotiate flexible payment terms such as 20% deposit + 80% against B/L copy. We do not accept PayPal for bulk orders due to high transaction fees.

We provide a 12-month warranty for all products from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, we will send replacement parts for free (freight collect) for quality issues caused by production defects. For non-warranty issues, we offer cost-effective spare parts and technical guidance 24/7 via email or video call.
